In the event of a complaint or a request for a return, exchange or credit, please call customer service toll free at 1-866-338-4332.
Upon agreement to accept a return, we will send you, by post, a return label with a forwarding address and a return authorization number (RA#). This RA# is required to be attached to the exterior of your package when returning. It is very important that the sales receipt is included as well. You will be responsible for return postage and handling costs.
NO PACKAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED BY OUR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT WHICH DO NOT INCLUDE OUR LABEL WITH THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FIXED TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE PACKAGE.
