Can I return items?

NO RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CREDIT CAN BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS
BEEN USED, THAT THE SEAL HAS BEEN BROKEN, TAMPERED WITH, PARTIALY USED,
THE INTEGRITY OR SAFETY OF THE PRODUCT IS IN QUESTION, OR THE PRODUCT CAN
NOT BE REPACKAGED AND RESOLD.
In the event of a complaint or a request for a return, exchange or credit,
please call customer service toll free at 1-866-338-4332.
Upon agreement, we will send you, by post, a return label with a
forwarding address and a return authorization number, which is required to
be attached to your package when returning. It is very important that the
sales receipt is included as well.
No packages will be accepted by our shipping department which do not
include our label with the return authorization number fixed to the
exterior of the package. |

The more specific the search words you use, the better. Think about what
unique words might appear on the pages you are interested in. Also, try to
use more than one search word whenever you can. Generally, the more search
words you use, the more directed the search, and the better the results.
Search ignores capitalization entirely, and does not distinguish between
lowercase and uppercase versions of words. |

number.
When you have an account with EzLifeCare.com and ‘Sign In’ to our site,
our site will recognize you. Once you "Sign In" the system will allow you
to use the "Quick Checkout" feature and will automatically fill in the
checkout forms. You won't need to re-enter your information each time you
make a purchase. |

How do I sign in? |

What if I forget my
password? |

allows you to enter your email address and password. You must fill in the
"Email Address" field so that our system can look up your account. Click
the button to the right of the screen that reads, "Email my Password." We
will then email your password to your registered email address
immediately. |

password, check your spelling carefully. If you continue to have
difficulty, try changing your usage of upper and lower case letters when
